We Build the Group
We keep collecting interested players until there are enough adults to create a small development league.
The League Opens
Once the group is large enough, waitlisted players receive the confirmed program details and an opportunity to officially register.
No Charge Until There's a League to Join.
Joining the interest list does not require payment.
Payment remains on hold until there are enough interested adults to start a small Technical Development League.
Once that minimum group is reached, TVL will contact the waitlist with the confirmed schedule, program details and registration fee before payment is collected.

Fundamentals
Learn passing, setting, serving, hitting and basic ball control.
Court Positioning
Learn where players belong on the court and why movement and coverage matter.
Rotations
Understand how six-player volleyball rotates without trying to figure it out in the middle of a regular league match.
Team Play
Learn communication, coverage and how individual skills work together during a rally.
Game Experience
Put what you're learning into actual play so the rules and skills begin to make sense together.

Development practices are intentionally kept quiet and low-pressure so you have room to ask questions, make mistakes and learn without feeling like you're being put on display.
Nobody is there to make fun of you for not knowing something. You should be able to try a skill, get it wrong, ask why, try it again and actually learn.

If you already understand rotations, can participate in rallies and mainly want a more relaxed place to play, Recreational may already be a good fit.
