Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the basic conditions for using the Tulsa Volleyball League website, registering for TVL programs and participating in services provided through this site.
Using This Site Means Agreeing to These Terms.
By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting a registration or participating in a Tulsa Volleyball League program, you agree to follow these Terms of Use along with any applicable TVL Rules & Policies, program requirements and registration agreements.
If you are registering a minor, you confirm that you are authorized to act on behalf of that participant and accept the applicable terms for their participation.
Program-specific rules or registration terms may contain additional requirements. Those requirements remain applicable even when they are not repeated on this page.
Registration Is a Commitment.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the program, division, playing night, tentative dates, roster requirements, pricing and applicable rules before completing registration.
Submission of a registration does not guarantee team placement, a specific schedule, opponent, court, coach or other requested preference unless TVL has specifically confirmed otherwise.
Individual and Free Agent registrations are also subject to available roster space and sufficient registration numbers. Registering individually does not guarantee placement.
Program Fees Are Due as Stated at Registration.
Program fees, payment schedules and any applicable payment arrangements will be displayed during registration or within the applicable program information.
Some programs may use an interest list, delayed payment or another registration process before payment is collected. The program description will explain when payment becomes due.
Program Policies Apply Once You Register.
Refund, credit, cancellation and withdrawal policies vary by program type and are governed by the applicable TVL Rules & Policies and registration terms.
Participants should review those policies before registering. Completing registration constitutes acceptance of the policies that apply to that program.
Sometimes the Schedule Has to Move.
Start dates, game times, practice times, facilities, courts, schedules and other program details may be adjusted when reasonably necessary.
Changes may occur because of registration numbers, facility availability, weather, safety concerns, scheduling conflicts or circumstances outside TVL's reasonable control.
TVL will make reasonable efforts to communicate material program changes to affected participants.
Everyone Has a Part in Making League Night Work.
Participants, parents, coaches and team representatives are expected to follow applicable TVL rules, facility requirements, schedules and reasonable instructions from league personnel.
Participation may be limited, suspended or removed when conduct creates a safety concern, substantially disrupts a program, violates league policy or interferes with the ability of others to participate.
Specific sportsmanship, eligibility, roster, officiating and gameplay requirements are maintained within the applicable TVL Rules & Policies.
Our Website Is Here to Help People Participate.
This website, its registration tools and any participant-facing features may not be used to harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit or improperly contact another participant.
Users may not attempt to collect, scrape, copy or compile participant, roster or contact information for advertising, solicitation or other unrelated purposes.
Youth Programs Require Appropriate Adult Involvement.
Youth registrations must be completed or authorized by a parent, legal guardian or other adult who is legally authorized to register the participant.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing program communications and following applicable youth and parent policies.
Keep Your Account Information Accurate.
Users are responsible for providing accurate registration information and maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
You should not knowingly provide false participant information, create an account on behalf of someone without authorization or use another person's account without permission.
Participants and parents should update their contact information when it changes so important league communications can reach them.
Using TVL Website Content.
Unless otherwise stated, original TVL website content, written materials, graphics, branding and other materials created for Tulsa Volleyball League may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission.
League schedules, standings and other public information may be viewed and shared for normal participant use. They may not be repackaged, scraped or used to build unrelated commercial or contact databases.
