6-Week Technical Development League

Want to play volleyball but never had the chance to really learn the game? This program is designed for adults who want instruction, repetition and actual game experience before jumping into a regular league.

• 6 weeks of structured development
• 3 technical practice weeks
• 3 guided game-play weeks
• No prior volleyball experience required

What You'll Learn

Players will work on volleyball fundamentals including:

• Passing and ball control
• Setting
• Serving
• Hitting and attacking
• Rotations
• Court positioning
• Communication
• Team play

The goal is to help you understand both the individual skills and how those skills work together during an actual volleyball match.

 

BUILT FOR LEARNING

Practice Without the Pressure

Practices are intentionally low-pressure and focused on learning.

You are expected to ask questions, make mistakes and take your time understanding the game without feeling like you are being put on display.

The technical practice weeks give you time to learn and repeat the skills. The guided game weeks give you the opportunity to use those skills in actual volleyball situations.

 

PROGRAM START & PAYMENT

Program fee: $120 per player

Payment will remain on hold until a minimum of 8 adults have committed and the development league is confirmed to begin.

If the minimum number of players has not yet been reached, your registration will remain pending until TVL confirms the program start.
